Hill is one of the most important white grape varieties in Campania, cultivated in the area of the same name it produces fresh, light wines. Floral and fruity notes combined with a fresh and soft sip are typical of this wine, which owes its name to the 'falangi', wooden poles used since antiquity to support the vines.

On the palate, it has a remarkable acidic and mineral personality, a broad and dense gustative fabric, returns of pepper and at times slightly smoky, almost peaty in the finish. It is a graceful and fine wine, but do not think it is light, as the alcohol content reaches 14 degrees quietly. Let's say that it is the perception on the palate that is delicate and never overpowering. It is not a fat or heavy wine, but taut and vibrant.
